OSHA 300 Log Posting

Under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recordkeeping regulation (29 CFR 1904), certain covered employers are required to prepare and maintain records of serious occupational injuries and illnesses using the OSHA 300 log. This information is important in evaluating workplace safety, understanding industry hazards and implementing worker protections to reduce and eliminate hazards. Workplaces under federal OSHA jurisdiction must post their OSHA 300A form which is a summary of the total number of job-related injuries and illnesses that occurred during 2014 as indicated in their OSHA 300 log form.
